Get Ready to Liberate Yourself Through Dance! This class is a crash course in stage presence!
Have you ever wanted to break out of your shell as a performer? To light up a stage and capture the audience's attention? Are you wanting to fine tune your moves to be more polished onstage? Do you want to just get comfortable in your skin? Do you want to challenge your body to move in a new way? Then this is the class for you!
Elyse Elaine creates a safe space for exploration and experimentation while guiding you throw this free flow movement class. The class will begin with a meet and greet, goal setting, and stretch/warm up. From there, for the bulk of the class, we will work on specific techniques with a breakdown of steps and movements followed by "across the floor" choreography inspiring you to take the basic steps and make them your own.
In addition, students will learn about audience engagement through partner exercises where you will be encouraged to give feedback to one another. Class will end with a group dance, cool down/stretch, and networking and/or Q&A.

Elyse Elaine hails from the Bay Area but calls the Las Vegas Desert home. Elyse Elaine started her career in San Francisco in October 2011 and hasn't looked back since. She co-founded WOMANOPOLY, A Salacious Variety Show alongside powerhouse Sgt. Die Wies and the show quickly became one of the highest earning and longest running black femme produced show in the bay area. Elyse Elaine has taught burlesque both in private and group setting. She choreographed the largest burlesque flash mob in the bay area with over 200 people.
Known as "The Marilyn With Melanin" this internationally award winning performer has been performing professionally for 14 years, Residing in Vegas, she has been seen all over Sin City with residencies at Caesar's Palace for USHER and her current residency at the Plaza Hotel and Casino for Miss Behave's Mavericks.
